Shipping policy
At Body By Design, we understand that when you commit to your goals, you want your products delivered quickly and reliably. That's why every order is processed with care and shipped as efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout the United States.
At this time, international shipping may not be available for all products.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Body By Design is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first. If additional assistance is needed, our support team will do its best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
