At Body By Design, we are committed to providing quality products and an exceptional customer experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable

  • Be free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Proof of purchase may be required to process your return request.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Supplements and nutritional products

  • Consumable products

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Apparel may be returned only if unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or if the incorrect product was received.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was incorrect

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The product is confirmed to be defective

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
